Ben has worked in a wide range of construction sectors, including residential, commercial, modular, and fit-out. This expertise allows Ben to bring a broad perspective to the table.
He works closely with clients, guiding them through the design stages, developing solutions to suit their requirements, and providing detailed costings, allowing clients to choose their preferred pathway.
Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, James leads our sales team and works closely with clients to understand their projects from the outset.
With strong communication skills and a practical understanding of construction, he helps guide projects from initial enquiry through to delivery. James is focused on building long term relationships and ensuring every project starts with a clear plan and a positive experience for our clients.
WHS & Quality Assurance
David’s practical experience in building means he brings deep knowledge of plumbing and civil construction to our projects.
He finds commercial projects incredibly satisfying and is committed to creating hassle-free experiences for clients. He approaches his work with enthusiasm, diligence, and a willingness to collaborate with others to achieve successful outcomes.
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Nathan leads our delivery team with strong coordination skills and a practical, solutions focused approach.
His expertise lies in overseeing programmes, managing project delivery, and ensuring site teams have what they need to keep projects moving efficiently. Nathan works to ensure every Falcon project is delivered safely, smoothly, and to the high standard our clients expect.
Construction Manager
Nearly 40 years after beginning his career in building, Mark is still passionate about the industry. His broad experience covers building and construction management, site management, programming, planning and procurement.
Mark also brings effective organisation and high-level communication skills to every commercial build. Mark leads by example, which gives strength and confidence to those around him.
Construction Manager
Dion manages the delivery of projects through construction, working directly with our team of consultants and contractors to ensure build quality, workshopping design details, and supporting safe work practices.
Since 2005, Dion has held diverse roles in the construction industry, spanning design and construction. As a qualified carpenter with a master’s degree in architecture, Dion has learned how to quickly identify practical solutions that will support project success.
Construction Manager
Jarrad brings a calm, measured approach to site delivery, with a strong focus on organisation, clear communication, and safety. He enjoys seeing good ideas translated into well executed outcomes on site and takes pride in coordinating people and trades to keep projects running smoothly.
Outside of work, Jarrad enjoys running and spending time with family and friends, valuing time to reset and stay focused.

Key Account Manager
Ryan is a sales and relationship-driven professional who thrives on understanding client needs and delivering the right solutions. As a Key Account Manager at Falcon Building Group, he focuses on building strong connections, keeping clients informed, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
With a background in sales and account management, he knows how to navigate challenges and get results. Outside of work, he’s a keen sports fan who values teamwork both on and off the field.

Melissa is the Chief Financial Officer at Falcon Building Group, bringing a strong background in financial strategy, governance, and commercial advisory.
Working closely with the leadership team, Melissa supports informed decision-making across the business ensuring projects are underpinned by clear financial structure and long term value.
Marketing Manager
Janae is known for her ability to quickly identify potential projects that suit the company, transforming potential projects into Falcon Building Group work.
She is incredibly responsive when addressing inquiries, which enhances the customer experience and leads to efficient problem-solving. Janae enjoys watching the entire process, from the first idea to the final result.
Project Coordinator
Azura is a highly organised and approachable project professional who supports the smooth delivery of Falcon Building Group projects. As Project Coordinator, she brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solutions focused mindset to every stage of the build.
With experience across large scale construction and real estate, Azura helps keep projects on track while ensuring clients feel informed and supported. Outside of work, she plays Division 1 hockey, enjoys game fishing and camping, and loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
